Why do I need more gluten in my diet?

+2 votes
I've gotten blood tests and my doctor says my gluten level is low. Is that suppposed to mean I need to eat more gluten? I don't understand why I would need more gluten if it nutritionally doesn't really do anything and people go on gluten-free diets and are perfectly fine.

Lot of people have been switching to gluten-free diets to lose weight, boost energy, treat autism, or generally feel healthier. But in your case it's better you check with a medical professional if you need to continue.
