what does a leg and a wing to see the king mean

its a childrens game whereby you lie on the floor arms and legs outstretched. Then 1 person grabs your ankles and another person grabs your wrists. They pick up up and swing you either side to side or bak and forth, singing the following rhyme: A leg and a wing to see the king, ah 1, ah 2, a jolly good 3. On the count of 3, the "wingmen" throw you and let go, and you go flying through the air and land with a bump.
