increasing nausea (over 1 month), fatigue, extended low grade fever, sudden weight gain (27 lbs in 4 weeks)

I have been suffering from nausea for about a month now. it started off bearable, but now it's getting harder and harder to hold down what i eat.  i lost my appetite a bit but i've gained 27 lbs in 4 weeks.  i'm normally very stable as far as my weight goes.  i've had a low grade fever 99.4-100.3 for about 6 months or so (checking sporadically, but since i've had nausea i've checked it more regular) with an occasional spike to 101-101.5ish.  as the nausea gets worse i get more tired.  i have been without insurance which is why i haven't seen a doctor.  i just got amazing insurance from my new job so i'm wondering what it could be and what type of doctor i should see!  (side note: i don't have appendix or gall bladder.  I also had adenocarcinoma (gallbladder/gallbladder lining) in 2008. but i've been in remission since 2009.    Thank you so much!

The symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) vary from person to person and there are often periods when they are better or worse. There may be times when your symptoms improve and you'll be able to do many normal, everyday activities. However, at other times your symptoms may flare up and get worse, affecting your daily life.
