He knows he's cute! Did you smile back? I'd just sit him down and tell him that is NOT acceptable behavior and tell him what will happen if he does it again. Doesn't sound very serious to me. I've raised three children who are all successful, GOOD citizens and all three of them did the same thing. Your son is just testing the waters to see what he can get away with.
