Keep her confined while she is in heat. As soon as she comes out of heat, get her spayed. If the heat is causing problems such as dribbling urine, you CAN get her spayed while she is in heat as the urine problem can bring on bladder infection. There are cat tranquilizers (to be gotten from the vet) which may be useful.
