Why am I cramping with no period?

I had a baby In October. Then I found out that my ex was cheating on my and I had contracted a common std , I foolishly slept with him again and got BV I don't know if the blame for that is on him or I . I'm a very hygienic person. I'm currently on medicine for my BV . But since before I got that I have been just mild to moderate cramping .. I got birth control (implanton, bar in your arm) last week (the cramping was going on well before that) i was already overdue for my period I got it last month sometime between the sixth and the 9th, the pregnancy test showed up negative when I got the birth control and I took a home pregnancy test that also showed up negative ? Yet I'm am well overdue for my period at this point , and the cramping continues /:
