Can I take too many vitamins?

Yes -- in excess, some vitamins can damage the liver, heart, gastrointestinal system and other organs and systems. If you just take a multivitamin and a few supplements (extra Vitamin C, calcium, etc...) daily you're probably OK. But there is a "tolerable upper limit" or TUL for some vitamins -- if you take more than that you're at risk for side effects.
