Can I plant where I just ground a stump?

That stump will be victimizing your grass of nitrogen until it rots okay however you can simply hand hurl some when you see the shade of green get pale ,The roots don't vanish immediately. They are decayed by a wood parasite like the growth creating dry decay. When it begins it simply goes, yet kicking it off can take momentarily.
