am really lazy person and also I am over weight. My doctor say that I need to do exercise but I never do it .
Then my mom say I need to do exercise but I never do it. My gym teacher ssy that I need to exercise but I only do it in her class if I feel like it.
Hint my aunt last summer say that I need to do exercise I started doing but then I stop because I started to feel my legs hurting a lot and I don't why that happen.
This year I have started to do exercise again I have four days doing it but I feel like I want to quit again because legs pain are coming back but had not jet stop.i am 18 year old girls, I weight 136 pounds, my high 4"11 and I have anemia but I don't know if anemia have some things to do with legs pain. and yes I have a healthy diet. is the my legs pain is normal or is something to worry about.
