Does multiple sclerosis cause peripheral and autonomic neuropathies

I have had severe upper and lower body neuropathy for 5 months. I have developed autonomic type down orthastatic pressures dropping causing syncope.EMG showed extreme progression since Sept. I am not diabetic, but have several autoimmune diseases. Should I be checked for MS. I have lost my balance and fallen down, and lost consciousness several times. Also weakness and tremors in legs and hands.

A person with MS can better managed by the Health care team, where they will help you out with: Physiotherapy, Occupational therapy, Neuropsychological therapy and therapies if required.
