if I get a divorce in kansas, how long do I get alimony

The court decides if maintenance (alimony) is to be awarded. The court also decides the amount and how it will be dispensed. The length is usually 121 months but there are circumstances that could end payments if on a monthly basis. It is not unusual to receive a one time lump sum.
