It depends on several factors, especially your activity level. Try this online calculator. After putting in your current and goal weight, it will ask for your gender, age, height and activity level. You can put in a date to reach your goal weight or let the calculator tell you when you can expect to reach that goal, based on a 1.5 lb. per week weight loss.
