You need to stop toying with the idea of leaving when you feel because of a numerical error. When you move, references will be requested and the landlord will be contacted with information you may or may not furnish. Your conduct will haunt you. Bring the mistake to the owner's attention and have a corrected lease drawn up or correction done on the lease with the owner's initials alongside it. Remember there is a security deposit to be aware of, usually.
