Why have I NOT received my refund?

I have received an email dated 2/10/2014 telling me that click4support is refunding me $199.00 and another email for $179.00 but I have not gotten it yet. I have made calls and talked to Wisam, and a couple others who have said it is done and I should hear in 3-5 business days. I called one week later and got the same message. Still no refund. Could you please tell me when to expect this on my charge card it was charged too. Thanks
