Overly severe abdominal pain?

+6 votes
Hi. I'm a 15 year old female and extremely athletic. I'm a ringette goalie. At the end of last month, I was in the middle of a game when suddenly I got severe abdominal pain and it felt like I was being stabbed over and over again, I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance because people had thought my appendix ruptured but the doctor at the hospital didn't think it had and he thought I had a gallstone attack without passing any stones, he put me on a diet to calm my gallbladder and sent me on my way. I stuck to that diet and a few days later I had another attack but it was much worse and I was basically screaming bloody mercy(I've had many injuries, including shoulder surgery, and I've never felt anything so painful). The doctors at that hospital did an ultra sound and a blood test and they said that my white blood cells were increased and that's because I was in a lot of pain but they also found an ovarian cyst, they said that it hadn't ruptured and they gave me painkillers and sent me on my way. I'm still in the same amount of pain as I was a month ago and I saw my doctor now and she's not convinced its a cyst but she has no idea on what to diagnose it. I have 3 small bruises in the lower right abdomen area which just appeared one morning, and yesterday night there was a scar-like line that had formed over my stomach. I've been feeling really nauseous lately and I'm always tired. My urine is kind of a pale-ish colour and I've been peeing more often than usual. Most of the pain is in the right lower abdomine area but I also have it on the left side sometimes and occasionally i'll have a really sore pain in my back. Its so painful and I can't function normally anymore because of it. I'm desperate to know what's wrong with me because the pain is too much, please help.
