Please I think my husband has Clostridium botulinum food poisoning. He had beagles and locks for breakfast around 730 yesterday am and by 600 pm he was projectile vomiting and had extremely watery diarrhea. He was sleeping and woke up to find he had soiled the bed. He's very week his eye lids are puffy and droopy he's dizzy and somewhat confused. Please help!!
