I have small black bumps on back of thigh what could that be? I am African American

I do have genital herpes and chronic yeast infections. Can it be related. Bumps don't itch or hurt.

The presence of small black bumps on back of thigh is a state called as keratosis Pilaris leading to dry skin which will look like red bumps on the skin.Causative agent of this is excess production of keratin in the skin.

Treatment involves using sterodal creams and medicines having urea, glycolic acid vitamin D and lactic acid.Laser treatment can also be used as a source of treatment.
