First, you asked about Ezekiel 37:16 then John 10:16. Neither of these verses refer to either the Bible or The Book of Mormon.
When trying to understand scripture, you must use other scripture to discern the full meaning. In both of these verses you asked about, you have taken just one verse out of context and tried to make it into something that is not a part of the whole. In Ezekiel 37, if you will read verses 15 through 28, you will see that the verses are referring to actual sticks that Ezekiel marks on. These sticks are used as an illustration for the people to understand a prophetic message.
In John 15, read the whole chapter for full understanding. Jesus is referring to Himself as the Good Shepherd. He is addressing Jews as the sheep of His fold. In verse 16, the sheep "not of this fold" are Gentiles, i.e., non-Jews.
Please try to avoid what we refer to as tunnel vision. Do not zero in on a single verse and try to make it say what you want it to say. Read the whole scripture for full understanding.
