50% of fingertip pads suddenly get peeled because of loss of upper layer of skin and also due to sunburn or infection like fungal infection and ringworm, allergic reaction or immune system disorder and certain kind of cancer. And if we put hands in water for long time then it will lead to wrinkled fingertips.
