This is a concern you should tell your parent of. You should take a children vitamin and mineral supplement. It would be one pill you take every day that gives the body the boost of vitamins and minerals you may not get through food. Go to bed about 9 PM with no lights or noise and sleep with no thoughts of problems when you do. Get at least seven hours of sleep. No more naps during the day. Get a puzzle or books or any other item that makes you think it out as a challenge. Even a deck of cards to learn card games or to play Solitaire is better than watching television. Sports is another choice to be active during the day. Get into a hobby to do at home. Boredom will zap your energy if you give into it.
