Can I file my 2009 taxes in 2013?

I didnt file my 2009 taxes and I didnt know I could file them the next year so when I found out I had misplace my w2 form now that I have found them and I have file the previous years can I still file

Yes in order to claim any possible REFUND amount that might be able to qualify for at this time for the 2009 tax year income tax return that was due the middle of April 2010 you have a deadline time April 15 2013 for this purpose and time to fill out and claim the refund amount or else it will be lost and no longer available for you to claim after the Middle of April 2013 for this purpose.

Taxpayers have three years to file tax reports for any particular year. Example is with April the end of the tax year, if 2009 taxes were not filed, three years is maximum time allowed, however, the taxpayer must request extension of time of the tax year. Tax accountants provide more accurate information than a public forum of tax laws.
