Weight loss help

Okay I am a 13 year old female. I weigh 145. Most of my fat is in my butt,thighs and stomach. Now I want to lose weight for myself cause Im tired of being ashamed of myself. I walk back and forth to school everyday which all together equals 3 miles(last time I checked). I can eat healthy and have access to a tredmill but my real worry is needing a plan and sticking to it and if I do lose weight and get skinner, how many sizes would I drop and would I have to buy a whole new wordrobe. Thank you so much! Btw I'm 5'2
