My lawyer has my final divorce decree and won't send it to my wife's lawyer should I get another attorney?

Original divorce decrees are filed in the court's case file. Your wife can get a certified copy of it from the court clerk.

Have you paid your lawyer his fee for obtaining your divorce?  If not, perhaps that could be the reason.  Anyway, if your wife wants a copy of the divorce, she (not you) should ask her attorney to get it for her (assuming she has paid him, as well).
