Have you sent out a notice called Pay Pal Yearly Error Resolution Department ?

Question

I received a notice from Pay Pal that says it is the Annual Error Resolution Department PO Box 45950 Omaha NE and that ii sould contact them asap with my numbers and passrword.

I have not used my old Paypal account in over a year and my charge card number they have is out of date, hense I have not charged anything for over a year with  them.

I want to know if this e-mail is legit

I got this today but never had a pay pal account, so I would have to say it's a scam....
