The Five Pillars of Islam are:
  1. The testimony of faith
  2. Prayer
  3. Support of the needy
  4. Fasting from food, drink and sex during the month of Ramadan from dawn to sundown
  5. A one-time pilgrimage to Makkah for those who are physically and financially able

Is that the spelling or is it Mecca? I may be thinking of wrong religion.
It's the same thing: Makkah is the Arabic spelling and Mecca is the English spelling.
