Depending on circumstances, many disregard rules of etiquette as unimportant, a thing of the past or may have chosen to conduct themselves as they desire with no concern for others. To not introduce an individual to another is a matter of choice. The man makes the choice and disregards a wife for his own personal reasons. A wife should accept this sort of behavior as it was probably done before the marriage. If not, she needs to find out what has happened to begin the offensive conduct and ask the husband directly or lay the issue to rest.
