What can you eat to help bring your blood presser down?

To reduce the blood pressure, you can combine your meal plan with food comprising of vegetables (especially non starchy), whole grains, high fiber foods, fat free and low fat diary items, fish, beans, skinless poultry, lean meats. You should also avoid food with high sodium content such as cheese, canned food, salt, baking powder, processed meat, fast food and so on.
