Most people with hypertension (High Blood Pressure) do not have any symptoms.  However, some symptoms can include: dizzy spells, dull headaches, slight nose bleeds & congestion.  Hypertension is known as the silent killer because most people are unaware that they have the condition.  It is important to have it checked periodically.
