With lupus and water melons?

Are you asking if you should avoid eating watermelon if you have lupus? Because lupus is an inflammatory disease, it's believed that anti-inflammatory foods may help in managing its symptoms. While some fruits -- like blueberries, cherries and cranberries -- are believed to be ani-inflammatory, watermelon is actually slightly flammatory.
