If a couple has been granted a divorce in the state of Va. (having no children) and  they come together as man and wife during the time for the divorce to be finalized, is the divorce void and are they still considered to be married?

When you have received second ideas with regards to your current divorce process and hope it had never ever took place, you could possibly hope this divorce process could be annulled. But which is not an option. In the event you plus your ex-spouse rue this divorce process, the thing to complete is to obtain remarried. Whilst the divorce process will be regarded and documented because the end of a matrimony, the annulment would be the reduction of a matrimony almost like it never ever took place.
