What are the Texas laws referring to parents buying their own children tobacco?

Youngsters who violate the tobacco law could be fined around $250 and forced to show up at a tobacco awareness program or perhaps attend a new tobacco related local community service. Texas law in addition relates to children and their own mother and father. Minors can't invest in, employ or perhaps get tobacco.
