Is there a current recourse for kids who end up in rehab as a result of bullying, as I was as a youth in 1975?

My name is John Whitton. I attended school in the Three Village Central School District on Long Island for 13 years and ended up in a rehab  in 1975, right before graduation, cause of a reaction to unattended epic bullying and hazing by kids in the district. It changed my life forever! Comment as you see fit! JW

I was inducted into K-12 The National Honor Society so the rehab was treating a high honored student that was poorly gym class educated in a abusive bonding with other student athletes to create a free show for years. It is not redeemable and eventually will be seen as morally wrong especially since I was hazed and bullied after a sports-ending injury at 13 years old on top of it all. Status in sports and classroom chemistry was mixed in bad character and taste to be mocked at 3 reunions I attended in peace. I also flunked out of college and did not return in volumes of emotional distress. Denial and push back is all I get from Alumni in a vast community humiliation.
