Administration for Children and Families. It provides information about grants, loans and tax credits that may be available, as well as links to assistance individual states may provide.

There are so many children in need of homes. Unless you want a bouncing baby newborn, you should be able to adopt. I assume that you have looked into this before. They usually have a course that you take before thinking about adopting children or being foster parents.You probably can obtain assistance and get some assistance in costs of raising the child, especially with foster kids. special needs kids would get more help.
