Does getting granted full custody of a child usually mean you will win full custody?

My childs grandmother filed for emergency custody of my child and for no reason they granted her emergency custody.  I have to go to court. im not un fit and they havent proven it. will  I more than likely get my child back (state of ohio)

The Judge will not allow custody to your parent since they tend to be economically more capable and the particular parent should be capable of verify exactly why the little one would help whenever they tend to be of course only custody.
