In Chapter 7 bankruptcy, the Schedules you submit must list every creditor and money you owe. There may be legal judgments before filing that a bankruptcy court will not include. If you forget to include any individual, creditor or other business you owe money to and they have not sought legal relief, they may and most likely pursue a court ruling upon awareness of the bankruptcy. Judgments will be entered separate from the bankruptcy.
