Is is possible to file a lawsuit for being refused service?

One of the employee refuses to serve me for her own personnel reason.  She talks to other customers and tells them that she refuses to wait on me.  I feel that I am being unfairly treated.  What are my legal rights?

They had also lost our transaction history with AT&T even though we've only been on their plan for about a year. Is it possible to hire an attorney or file a legal lawsuit against AT&T since they're refusing service for something that we already have.  AT&T's cable and internet service is U-verse and run as if it's a separate company than their cellular service. You don't already have "cable and internet" service from AT&T. That's what you want to add from them. You apparently only have a cellular plan with them.
