Please answer need help for this few month old cat

Kitten was (not mine) found with a hole above its butt with magets coming out and inside. Can't afford vet care so I'm not sure what to do but I want to try and save his life. Please help

Why you have not called a veternarian and asked for instructions. The hole needs to be cleaned out and stitched shut. See if they will take the kitten to heal it with a donation from you. Maybe it will be done free. Call and find out either way.
