Should our McQuay AC blower cycle off with the compressor?

The point when dip switch #8, spotted on front of the control box, behind the right to gain entrance spread, is in the "OFF" position, the indoor fan will work consistently. The point when dip switch #8 is in the "ON" position, the indoor fan will cycle on also off with the compressor or radiator. In cycle fan, (dip switch #8 "ON") the fan will begin at regular intervals to specimen the room temperature. Fan will turn off again following 2 minutes unless high temperature or cooling is needed.
