If I might move in a year, would it still be worth refinancing my home loan?

That depends on what your rate is now compared to what your new mortgage rate will be after refinancing, and also if it is a "make sense" loan.  Will you recover from your refinance expenses within a year and also save money, etc.  If not, it may not be a good idea to refinance if you only plan to stay in your present home for a year.
