The court order for garnishment of wages usually goes to the Garnishee's place of business for 20% of each paycheck. You should have received a copy of the Order to confirm the amount the Court ordered. A money judgment and the legal authority to confiscate the money and how much should have been authenticated. The damage is done. The battle may have just started. Notify those parties expecting monies that your financial payments have been compromised and protect your assets.
