You must fulfill all requirements set by the Court that revoked your drivers operators license. Then and only then will the Court that revoked your license grant you permission to reinstate driving privileges. You must be sure the Court and the Department of Motor Vehicle has your correct address so they will send you the letter informing you all required issues have been met and you may apply for a new license.
