Yes .  Bullying has always been an active issue in all schools, not only in england, but as a Global phenomena!  Measures were taken to counteract bullying in British schools, but were then cicumvented by the 'Internet'.  "Cyber Bullying" took over, and due to usernames etc, (keeping the bullies untraceable), there is little that can be done at present.  However, there is pressure on the Internet Websites to be more accountable for the people that use their 'sites.  Hopefully bullying will end soon and students can get back  learning without stupid bullying interruptions.   Ps.  Isn't it strange that the Bullies are always the worst educated?  Do they do it to cover up for their own inadequacies?
