Bacteria resistant to antibiotics develop when bacteria changes in the slightest way and escapes the antibiotic and starts to increase in number. Some bacteria neutralize the antibiotic making it ineffective.  Some bacteria change the area where the antibiotic is effective so that they don’t destroy the bacteria.
