Excersice, eat, think about the postive things in life and have some alone time if you feel like crying just wrap up in ur bed and cry it out! hope i helped :D

eat,excercise  think of the postive things in life have some alone time if you feel like crying wrap up into ur bed and let it all out take a deep breathe and drink some water hope i helped :D
