Calculate the line integral of the spin field

Calculate the line integral of the spin field S = (-y, x) along the one twist of the arithmetic spiral x = t*cos(t), y = t*sin(t), and 0 =< t =< 2pi.
I am having a hard time with this. Please help if you can. Thanks!
