i have blue cross blue shield medicare coverge can i get a nother part d plan

I'm sorry I did not see this question before Medicare's Dec 7th deadline. If by "medicare coverage" you mean you have Part A and Part B and you added a BCBS "Medicare Supplement" to cover what Medicare allows but does not pay for (for example the 20% under part B), then yes you may enroll in/purchase a seperate Stand-Alone drug plan or Medicare PDP.  If a different scenario exists for you, the answer may be quite different.
