A plane is flying parallel to level ground at constant velocity of 600mi/h, it approaches a television camera. The altitude of the plane is 2 mi.  How fast is the distance between the plane and the camera decreasing when the horizontal distance between them is 1.5 mi?  If the television camera is always focused on the plane, how fast is the camera's angle of elevation changing at the same moment?
