What does it mean that HIV virus is nonreative?

what   does it mean if a person has the HIV  virus and it is nonreactive?

A Non-reactive (negative) result means that the test did not detect any HIV antibodies at this time.  However, when a person becomes infected with HIV, the body takes time to develop enough antibodies to show up on an HIV test.Refer this link to know more: http://www.berkeleyfreeclinic.org/pages/hps
