If i am on Medicare and V A Insurance ,do i need a supplemental plan

That depends on a few different things. Primarily, do you use your VA coverage for anything? Some Vets love thier VA coverage and some hate it. It really depends on how you perceive VA's ability to meet your medical needs. If you are going to rely heavily on Medicare to meet those needs then you might want to seriously look into something that pays for the portion of your care which Medicare approves but will not pay for. Maybe a Medicare Supplement Plan or maybe a Medicare Advantage Plan. I've seen many vets use their VA benfits for one thing and then turn around and use their Medicare beneits for something else.
