giving a baby sugar is this good she is only a month and a hafe

No, this is not good, for many reasons. One reason is that when her teeth start coming in they will be off to a bad start with too much sugar.  Another reason is that a baby this young should be eating only Mama's milk or formula. When she starts eating solid food you want her to like and get used to the real flavor of food, not a "false" flavor with too much sugar in it. You want a baby to gain weight naturally and normally, not because of sugar.

Higher utilization of sugar in babies can bring about higher utilization of fat, and may make an example of an inclination for sweet and greasy sustenance's that could endure into later years.
